PURPOSE:To set freely the access right and to attain high access right control by providing a mail box having a hierarchy structure such as directory and file for each recipient and managing the structure based on the name of Japanese word. CONSTITUTION:One set of plural communication equipments connected to a LAN is used as a file server, which acts like stores a mail box and mails. Mail boxes 14-16 are generated to the file server 12 corresponding to each user. The mail box consists of a cabinet, the 1st folder and the 2nd folder. A command mfdir is to store the attribute of the Japanese name or the like of each directory. The mail is stored under the 2nd folder. Thus, the mail box has the hierarchy structure such as directories and files by taking the user protect in case of development of the electronic mail service into account and managed based on the Japanese name and the operation of access is implemented based on the Japanese name. |
