PURPOSE:To perform assembly with a lesser number of processes and in a short time by arranging an input/output connector on the same surface as a connector for package, and by furnishing a through hole for an external connec tion terminal on a back-board base plate. CONSTITUTION:An input/output connector 12 is arranged on the same surface as a connector 11 for package, and a through hole 15 for external connection terminal is furnished on a back board base plate 8. As the two connectors are on the same surface in the assembly process, they can be soldered by solder dip system using a solder trough. When the external connection terminal is connected to the input/output connector connection is attained by drawing the external connection terminal situated on the side opposite to the package base board into the side where the input/output connector exists upon threading the mentioned through hole. This allows assembly with a lesser number of processes and in a short time. |
