PURPOSE:To provide a high relative dielectric constant, a limited dielectric loss, and also the limited value of a temperature coefficient so as to facilitate the control by limiting the ratio of each component to a specific value. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is a dielectric porcelain composition compound of BaO, ZnO, NiO, CaO, Ta2O5, and the ratio of each component has the range shown by a weight % in the formula I. When BaO<=46.96, BaO>=47.15, or Ta2O5<=45.08, Ta2O5>=45.26, a dielectric loss becomes large, when ZnO>=4.15, NiO>=3.81, CaO=0, a temperature coefficient becomes large in the minus side, and when ZnO<=3.42, NiO<=3.14, CaO>=1.03, the temperature coefficient becomes too large in the plus side. This enables the value of the temperature coefficient to be optionally controlled in the plus and minus sides with a high relative dielect constant, a limited dielectric loss and temperature coefficient. |
