PURPOSE:To shorten a frame synchronizing time by providing two frame syn chronization information detecting systems and mutually shifting the timing phases of scanning starts in the detecting systems. CONSTITUTION:Frame synchronization information detecting parts 1 and 2 receive receiving signals and referring pattern signals and detect frame synchroni zation information. The scanning start phases in the frame synchronization information detecting parts 1 and 2 at such a time are mutually shifted by, for example, the degree of 1/2 of the inserting interval of the frame synchroniza tion information. Consequently, by executing the scanning by the degree of 1/2 of the inserting interval of the frame synchronization information at the most, the frame synchronization information can be detected by either of the frame synchronization information detecting part 1 or 2. Thus, the frame syn chronizing time can be shortened without causing the lowering of a transmission information quantity and the generation of a dummy synchronization. |
