PURPOSE:To always accurately record/reproduce information by generating a synchronizing clock for recording/reproducing the information to correct the fluctuation of the relative moving speed between an optical card and an optical head. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a rotary encoder 18 has a high frequency when the moving speed of a shuttle 15 is fast and has a low frequency in case of slow. Thus, when the moving speed of the shuttle 15 is fluctuated, the output signal of the rotary encoder 18 is fluctuated and a synchronizing clock to write a data in a modulation clock circuit 24 is generated in response to the fluctuation and supplied to a modulation circuit 22. Thus, even if the speed unevenness is not sufficiently corrected by a motor servo circuit 16, the information is always recorded accurately without being affected by the speed unevenness. |
