The system is for printing out a dot pattern continuously and efficiently on a printing device by displaying and printing out dot pattern information which has continuous dots thinned out as condensed characters with optional dot pitch. Two knids of timers are provided to a PMCLK (18) for the timing of the determination of the carrying speed of a printing head and FiRETiM (19) for the timing of the determination of the driving frequency of each element of the printing head per unit time.
