The chassis of this carriage is rigid and consists of two long inclined side members (1) joined at their ends by crosspieces and having front wheels (4) fitted to their lower ends, while in the median part these side members (1) rest on two support legs (5) inclined towards the rear and provided with rear wheels (6). The lower lengths (7) of the two side members (1) have an inward-angled elbow reducing their separation and so allowing the front end of such a carriage to be inserted between the two support legs (5) of another identical carriage. The child's seat comprises a rigid frame (16) mounted pivotally on the side members (1) of the chassis. This carriage is intended in particular to be made freely available to users in public places. <IMAGE>
