PURPOSE: To prevent degradation of a belt by providing a sling belt having a flat belt and a stirrup fixed to at least one of both end parts of the belt, and capable of positioning and fixing the stirrup without sewing, and regulating the length without any auxiliary tool. CONSTITUTION: A guide slot 14 is located just between an inlet slot 7 and a receiving pin 12 by turning a key of a rotary parts 8 comprising three pins so that one end of a belt 1 can be introduced in a stirrup 4, and one end 2 of the belt 1 is turned around the receiving pin 12 by 180 deg., and returned again through the slot 14 and the slot 7. The rotary parts 8 having three pins 12, 13, 13' is turned in the direction of the arrow I, and the belt 1 is wound around hooking pins 13, 13' to surely grasp the belt 1. The belt can be more firmly held if turned around the axis X-X' by 360 deg..
