PURPOSE:To provide the subject food having good vegetable fiber property and tooth touch feeling as well as the characteristic viscosity and smell of glutinous rice and capable of withstanding the preservation of a long period, by heating and sterilizing devil's tongue powder and the glutinous rice in specific amounts, respectively, together with a mixed water. CONSTITUTION:20-50wt.% of devil's tongue powder and 80-50wt.% of glutinous rice are sealed in a container together with a mixed water consisting of 20l of water and 300-500g of Ca or calcium hydroxide contained therein and the sealed mixture is heat-sterilized under increased pressures at 80-90 deg.C for 2-12hr to provide the objective food. |
