<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a malfunction caused by ON/OFF of a microphone by detecting a noise level after having detected an ON state of a microphone. CONSTITUTION:The third detecting means 5c provided newly on a voice section detecting part 5 decides whether a microphone 1 is in an ON state or an OFF state prior to processings of the first and the second detecting means 5a, 5b by comparing a value of a parameter which is read into the voice section detecting part 5 from a parameter arithmetic part 4 with a prescribed value which has been determined in advance. Such a detecting means 5c can be realized by a microprocessor, etc., together with the first and the second detecting means 5a, 5b. In such a way, a malfunction caused by ON/OFF of a switch of the microphone 1 can be prevented.</p> |
