PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of the dehydration treatment of a raw material, by putting a raw material in a cooker placed on a deck of a mobile truck, heating the material with hot oil and evacuating the space in the cooker. CONSTITUTION:A raw material such as animal or vegetable residue is put into a cooker 1 placed on a deck of a mobile truck A. An oil heated in a closed oil tank 2 is supplied as a thermal medium to the cooker to immerse said raw material. Steam generated by a boiler 4 is pressed into a jacket of said cooker 1 to heat the above oil used as a thermal medium and perform the hot-oil treatment of the raw material. Simultaneous to the above treatment, the cooker 1 is evacuated with a dehydration apparatus 3 to dehydrate the raw material. The dehydrated raw material is taken out of the cooker 1, deoiled with a centrifugal separator 5 and subjected to the subsequent processing. The working efficiency of the above processes can be improved by this apparatus. |
