Motorisation accessory for all-wing hang gliders which can take off from a running start

An ultralight motorisation accessory for fitting to any all-wing hang glider in order to allow self-launching from a flat surface, in the case of which accessory a small two-stroke engine block of approximately 6 kW (with a pusher propeller which is belt-driven via a step-down mechanism) is fitted at the rear, at the end of the keel rod, on rubber mountings such that it can rotate about the lateral axis, and where, in order to compensate for the tail load, the pilot (who is suspended in a pendulum manner) is suspended approximately 20 cm further forwards than when flying without an engine and where the long reverberation-damper tube, which is permanently connected to the engine and extends forwards, is at the same time used as a lever arm by the pilot in order to be able to vary the propeller thrust incidence angle in flight for climbing flight, cruising flight or for fast flight. In addition, a simple device is disclosed which enables use of full throttle during a running start with the hang glider held up, without going into an inclined position.
