<p>PURPOSE:To move a piston and a spool in the horizontal direction by pressing a damper piston to one end of the spool by a spring. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder hole 30 is bored in a piston 11, and a damper piston 31 where a passage 33 is formed is inserted in the cylinder hole 30 to form a damper chamber 32. The damper piston 31 is urged to slide by a spring 34 and brought into contact with the upper end surface 3d of a spool 3 to block up the passage 33. In this arrangement, the damper piston 31 may be slid in the horizontal direction so that the piston 11 and the spool 3 can be slid in the horizontal direction.</p> |
