PURPOSE:To stabilize the contacting surface of a pole by selecting the radius of the inner peripheral side of the pole smaller than that of the outer periphery of a rotor rim and contacting both. CONSTITUTION:A rotor rim 1 is mounted on the periphery of a rotational shaft of a rotary electric machine, and a plurality of poles 3 are clamped by clamping bolts to the outer peripheral side of the rim 1. The radius (r) of the inner peripheral side of the pole 3 is set to be smaller than the radius (R) of the outer periphery of the rim 1, and when the pole 3 is mounted at the rim, an ultrafine gap delta2 is produced at the center of the pole 3. Accordingly, the rim is contacted only at both ends 3b, 3b of the pole 3, and the pole 3 does not move. The gap delta2 is set to minimize the influences of affecting between the rim 1 and the pole 3 and of lacking the stability of the coupling surface. In this manner, the contacting surfaces of the poles can be stabilized. |
