PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate the assembly of a transmission mechanism or the like by arranging the vertically split joint surfaces of a transmission casing on the side on which a transmission interlocking shaft is journalled by an upper wall part and a lower bearing part and of an associated transmission casing at one side of the above-mentioned bearing part. CONSTITUTION:A guide member 26 having a guide section 25 for rotating a handle frame 5 is provided in the upper end section of a transmission casing 3. A slider 28 having shifter grooves 27 on both upper and lower end parts thereof and adapted to pierce through the guide member 26 is disposed in the center part of the guide section 25. Further, a transmission interlocking shaft 7 having a shift groove 34 in its upper end part and adapted to pierce through the slider 28 is journalled to an upper wall part 12 and a bearing part 13 of a right side transmission casing 3b. Further, a transmission mechanism is formed of a hand frame 5 and the transmission interlocking shaft 5. In this arrangement, the vertically split joint surfaces A of the left and right transmission casings 3a, 3b are arranged on one side of the bearing part 13.
