<p>PURPOSE:To bring a surface to be bonded to a perfect adhesion state, by bonding a viscoelastic resin film to the smooth surface of a preheated striped steel plate and placing a flat steel plate thereon to further apply degassing and press bonding to the whole under heating by a roll. CONSTITUTION:A striped steel plate 2 is preheated so as to turn the smooth surface upwardly and, when a viscoelastic resin film 1 is laminated to said smooth surface, said film 1 becomes high in its viscosity to be temporarily bonded to the surface of the striped steel plate 2 easily. Next, a flat steel plate 3 is superposed on the viscoelastic resin film 1. Finally, press bonding work is applied to the superposed striped steel plate 2, viscoelastic resin film 1 and flat steel plate 3 from both surfaces under pressure to finish the final bonding. The air bubbles generated between the flat steel plate 3 and the viscoelastic resin film 1 can be extracted so as to be squeezed out by the press bonding work by the rubber rolls 7a, 7b and the bonding strength between them can be gradually increased.</p> |
