PURPOSE:To synthesize plural sound signals by deriving as an analog voice signal reproduced and mixed mutually for one sample at a receiving side and removing a folded component to occur for a sub-sample with a band limit filter. CONSTITUTION:A sound signal packeted from a network 20 is fetched through a network interface 21 to a buffer circuit 201 in a control part 22. The data read from a buffer circuit 201 is supplied to a voice coding and decoding circuit 23, a non-linear/linear conversion and an analog operation are executed and an analog voice signal is derived through an output band limit filter 24. A signal A1 is transmitted from a first transmission side, a signal B1 is transmitted from a second transmission side, one sample is offset so that the mutual sampling data cannot be overlapped, sub-sampling is executed, and then, the folded component is generated. In order to remove this, the output band limit filter 24 is provided.
