PURPOSE:To enable selective formation of a rectangular or hexagonal migration tank with limited electric loss, by selecting and arranging an electrode mounting plate to construct a square or hexagonal gel support tank. CONSTITUTION:In a rectangular migration tank, an electrode mounting plate 13 and a resistance box 15 face each other sandwiching a side wall 12 of a base tank 11 and upper ends projected from the side wall 12 is connected securely with a bar-shaped spacer 17. The resistance box 15 has a comb-shaped body frame and a resistance support plate 18 is held along the internal side thereof while lugs 19 and 20 for resistance connection are held on the surface thereof. On the other hand, in a hexagonal gel support tank, a pair of electrode mounting plates 13' is fastened at the center of a pair of internal walls of a quadrilateral base tank and other four electrode mounting plates 13'' are arranged from the internal side of the tank close to both ends of the mounting plates 13' to the center of adjacent internal side thereof to form a roughly hexagonal shape. |
