<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of a complicated work such as a circuit adjustment, etc., by using a voltage comparing circuit for generating the first alarm in the beginning and counting the time and executing an alarm generation at a prescribed time as for the subsequent alarm generation. CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with voltage monitoring means 2, 3 for determining a reference voltage within an initial voltage range in which a voltage drop starts from a discharge characteristic of a battery to be used, comparing a voltage of the battery with the reference voltage, and generating a time counting start signal, when said voltage has become below the reference voltage. Also, the voltage comparison is executed only once mentioned above, and subsequently, a time counting operation is started by receiving the time counting start signal, and by alarm generating means 4, 5 for generating an alarm signal at this start time, and plural time counting times which have been determined in advance at intervals successively, a warning is given to an operator of an information processor 1. In such a way, an adjustment on most of circuits becomes unnecessary.</p> |
