PURPOSE:To provide a method for molding a skin unified molded sheet capable of forming partial difference in hardness, by changing the gas venting amount at the first time from that at the second time. CONSTITUTION:The first upper mold 2 is engaged with a lower mold 1 having a skin 3 arranged and fixed to the surface thereof and, after clamping, a foamable urethane raw solution is injected in a cavity d1 to be foamed and cured. The gas generated at this time is discharged to the outside and the foamable urethane raw solution is infiltrated in a wadding 5 to be cured at this part. Therefore, the first foamed pad layer 6 is formed in such a state that the wadding 5 is changed to a hard layer. Next, the upper mold 2 is removed and the second upper mold 7 set so as to made hard to vent gas is engaged with the lower mold 1 and the foamable urethane raw solution is injected in the second cavity d2 to fill the same to be foamed and cured. Whereupon, the impregnation amount of the foamed resin to the wadding 5 exposed to a seat surface part 1a is small and the second foamed pad layer 8 held to a soft state is integrally formed to the rear of the skin 3. |
