PURPOSE:To make the initial setting work of the title device easier by detecting a specific part of a slip form on a form carrying path and performing each processing schedule by using the specific part as the form setting position. CONSTITUTION:A form feeding mechanism 20 is provided with a take-out roller 23 which feeds a slip form B' contained in a form containing section and a control means 45 is provided with a detecting body 46 which is provided on a form carrying path 31, detects a specific part of the slip form B' fed through the path 31, and outputs a detect signal indicating the setting position of the form B' and a command storing medium 49 which stores actuating schedules of a writing means 63 and cutting means 41 which are rotated in corresponding to the detect signal and set based on the form setting position and use the detect signal as starting points. When the specific part of the slip form B' is detected by means of the detecting body 46 and set as the setting position of the form B', the form B' is processed by the schedule using the detect signal as the starting point. Therefore, when the slip form B' is set at the first time, the setting position of the form B' is decided regardless of the position where the form B' is engaged with a feed roller. Thus the initial setting operation of the slip form B' can be performed accurately in a short time. |
