PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit constitution required for the test by externally taking out indirectly data read for the test of a first memory as the output of a second memory. CONSTITUTION:A program memory consisting of a ROM can not be externally individually made access from a microcomputer and a data memory 11 consisting of a RAM can be externally individually made access from the microcomputer. In the test of a such a single match microcomputer, a means for testing the contents of the program memory can take out an instruction read out of the program memory indirectly as the output of the data memory 11. Thereby, the circuit constitution required for the test of the memory in which output data is used only internally naturally can be simplified. |
