<p>PURPOSE:To prevent defective resolution of a dying layer formed on an upper layer by providing a reflection light absorbing layer between the dying layer and a light shield film. CONSTITUTION:The dying layer 11 as a reflecting light absorbing layer is formed above each photodetection section 3 of a solid-state image pickup element 4 and on the upper face of the dying prevention layer 5 by the dying process due to ultraviolet ray radiation to an organic high polymer material having a performance of dying. Thus, in the case of forming dying layers 13a, 13b, 13c by radiation of an ultraviolet ray, part of the ultraviolet ray is reached up to the aluminum-made light shield film 2 through the dying prevention layers 14, 12, 5, but the reflected light from the light shield film 2 is absorbed in the dying layer 11 and does not reach the organic high polymer material of the upper layer and then defective resolution is not caused.</p> |
