The subject of the invention is a device for joining two panels or sections by "clipping", that is to say by the interaction of an external projection from one of the end faces of one of the panels, or sections, and of an internal projection on the end face of the other panel, or section, the two projections hooking together after the two ends have been fitted together by elastic return of one of the projections which had been slightly deformed at the moment of fitting. The invention makes provision for mounting on at least one of the hooking projections 8-6; 7 a means 9; 11 arranged so as to move it away from the other hooking projection 7; 8-6 counter to the elastic return force of the hooking projection which was deformed at the moment of fitting. <IMAGE>
