A miniature decoration for ice creams or cakes has a flexible plastic arm moulded with a guide, a thin section hinging the arm to the guide and allowing the arm to pivot, a folding decoration fixed at one end to the arm, and a rod passing through the guide cooperating with the arm to control its position. The rod pref. has a groove in its end protruding from the guide engaging an extension to the arm. The decorative is pref. a paper fan. ADVANTAGE - The decoration is simple and cheap to make.
