<p>PURPOSE:To achieve the accurate diagnosis of myocardial ischemia, by utilizing that the size of the area of the part exceeding the reference line perfectly in correspondence relation to the correlation between an increase in a heart rate and a lowering in an ST level with respect to movement load is especially in special relation to myocardial ischemia. CONSTITUTION:An ST level detection means 2 detects the ST level of the electrocardiographic signal of an examinee having received movement load and a heart rate detection means 3 detects a heart rate. Further, an ST level difference detection means 4 successively detects ST level difference and a heart rate difference detection means 5 successively detects heart rate difference. Furthermore, a plot data preparing means 6 sets the heart rate difference to one coordinates axis of orthogonal coordinates axes and sets the ST level difference to the other coordinates axis and forms the plot data of the % value of the ST level difference to the detection point of time of the % value of the heart rate difference. An area operation means 7 integrates the area within the plot data curve to the reference line formed by plotting the same % values of both coordinates axes to connect the same. Further, an output means 8 outputs the operational results of the means 7.</p> |
