<p>The invention relates to a piston sealing segment for sealing the compression chamber of a compressor. The sealing segment comprises an annular seal (31) extended towards the inside of the ring by a substantially vertical lip (35), and a hoop (32) having a lip (39) inclined towards the inside of the ring and split, the hoop (32) fitting over the annular seal (31) in such a way that the lip (39) of the hoop is applied to the lip (35) of the seal.
