摘要

Substituted (quinolin-2-ylmethoxy)phenyl-N,N'-sulphonylureas can be prepared by reaction of (quinolin-2-ylmethoxy)phenylamines with sulphonyl isocyanates, or by reaction of appropriately protected hydroxyanilines with sulphonyl isocyanates and then, after removal of the protective group, with halomethylquinolines, or by reaction of (quinolin-2-ylmethoxy)phenyl-N,N'-sulphonylureas with sulphonyl halides. The substituted (quinolin-2-ylmethoxy)phenyl- N,N'-sulphonylureas can be employed as active substances in medicaments, in particular as lipoxygenase inhibitors.
