It is characterised in that it comprises a central movable part (20) which is equipped with a drive motor (22) and which is to be fixed detachably to the axial crank pin (8), and a stationary part (21) which constitutes a support for the movable part (20) and has at least one element (62) off-centre with respect to the crank pin (7) and which is to interact with an element (10) of the fixed body (5) so that the stationary part (21) is locked in terms of pivoting.
