<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a shoe sole with the excellent slip-proof property and durability with the very simple method at a low cost by setting rough cloth made of inorganic fibers and unvulcanized rubber substrate in sequence on the bottom of a shoe sole molding die formed with many independent projection molding recesses on the bottom and heating and pressurizing them. CONSTITUTION:Many projection molding recesses 11 are formed on the bottom 10 of a molding die 1. Rough cloth 2 made of inorganic fibers and unvulcanized rubber substrate 3 are set in sequence on the bottom 10 of the molding die 1 and heated and pressurized. Part of it is anchored in textures or stitches of the rough cloth 2 made of inorganic fibers, the rough cloth is protruded by the viscous flow along side walls 110 of the projection molding recesses and buried in the erected state in the protrusion direction of projections on the side sections of projections 41. When bottoms 411 of the projections of this shoe sole 4 are removed by a grinder or the like, inorganic fibers are exposed in the vertical direction, the excellent slip-proof property is provided, the projections 41 are sharply reinforced by the rough cloth 2.</p> |
