PURPOSE:To obtain a fashionable food having wide application field, by combining plural pieces of KONJAK (paste made from starch of devil's tongue) colored with vegetable pastes or colorants and integrally forming the combined KONJAK pieces. CONSTITUTION:Lime milk is poured and kneaded into a mixture of vegetable paste or colorant, water and KONJAK powder under stirring. Separately, similar KONJAK mixture is prepared by using a vegetable paste or colorant different from the one used in the former process or without using the paste, etc. Plurality of KONJAK pieces are collectively poured into a single forming vessel and coagulated with heat to obtain the objective KONJAK. |
