PURPOSE: To easily plot an accurate height level by slidingly arranging a rod in an outer tube, and connecting a measuring pin and a laser receiver to the outer tube. CONSTITUTION: An outer tube 1 is vertically arranged by at least three support legs, and a rod 11 composed of a plastic material relatively slides in this outer tube 1. A measuring pin 24 projecting in the horizontal direction from the outer tube 1 and being connected to the outer tube l and a laser receiver 35 are arranged. The laser receiver 35 is adjusted by adjusting a rod 34, and the receiver 35 is adjusted to a height coincident with a beam coming out of a laser emitter 36. The rod 11 of the plastic material is easily cut by a knife 30.
