PURPOSE:To automatically re-issue a bankbook, etc., by resending transaction data from a central computer after a trouble is recovered when the re-issuing can not be executed from a buffer memory by a telegram lacking trouble, etc. CONSTITUTION:When the trouble is detected, whether the transaction data can be re-issued or not is decided. In case of the trouble, in which the re-issuing can be executed, the transaction data for one case of the issuing such as the bankbook, etc., are wholly received from a central computer 11 and stored in a buffer memory 10. Then, connection with the computer 11 is interrupted and the trouble is displayed. On the other hand, when the transaction data can not be re-issued by the telegram lacking trouble, etc., a trouble announcement is executed to the computer 11 after the trouble is recovered so that a resending request can be executed. Then, the trouble display is executed. An operator executes the restoring operation of a bankbook deed issuing device. When restoring is detected, whether the restoring is the re-issuing by the buffer memory 10 or the re-issuing by the resending from the central computer 11 is decided. When the restoring is the former one, the re-issuing is executed in an off-line condition. When the restoring is the latter one, after on-line rising by the operator, the re-issuing is executed by the resending. |
