PURPOSE:To facilitate inspection/maintenance by forming the lower duct wall of a water intake duct with a member separate from a propulsion device body, removably fixing the member to a hull, and removably install the propulsion device body to this member. CONSTITUTION:A water intake duct 24 has nearly a circular section while having a form of obliquely rising up toward the rear from a water intake port 20, and the upper duct wall 37 thereof is formed with a hull 22. The lower duct wall 38 of the water intake duct 24 is formed with a duct forming member 34 which is a separate body from the hull 22 and a propulsion device body 16 and this duct forming member 34 rises obliquely upward from the position of the water intake port 20 nearly in parallel to the upper duct wall 37. The duct forming member 34 is removably fixed to the hull 22 at the fitting portion by means of an adhesive, etc. The propulsion device body 16 is removably installed on the duct forming member 34. |
