<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time required by a stray child to meet his or her protector again without causing the personal information to be known unnecessarily to a third person by causing little children having possibilities of becoming stray children to carry information recording media on which the personal information is recorded in voice by using a sound recording device with them. CONSTITUTION:A protector of a child records open and secret information, such as the name, address, telephone number, protector, etc., of the child on a card 1 which is an information recording medium following the voice inputting method directed from a sound recording and reproducing device 10 and caused the child to carry the card 1 with him. When the child becomes a stray child, a shopgirl, etc., of a department store, etc., sets the card 1 being carried by the stray child to the sound recording and reproducing device 10 and occurrence of a stray child and the open information of the child are broadcast throughout the department store, etc., without making any separate work for the broadcasting. The secret information recorded on the card 1 can be heard from the device 10 by the person concerned only. Therefore, searching of the protector can be made easier and the time required by the child for meeting his or her protector again can be made shorter.</p> |
