<p>PURPOSE:To enable uniform repair of a pipe joint section and an intra-pipe surface within a repair division by connecting a PIG for lining to the rear of a rear replacement-type PIG and always maintaining the quantity of resin for repair to be distributed in front of both PIGs at almost constant level. CONSTITUTION:A rear replacement-type PIG 10 to be moved by traction of twin hoses 7 and a PIG for lining 13 connected to the rear of the former 10 through an air release hose 12 are inserted into existing pipe 1 buried underground. Then biliquid quick-curing resin to be supplied through tube 21 inside the twin hoses 7 located in front of the PIG 10 is mixed by a mixer 20 and the mixed resin is supplied as resin for repair. After this, the pressure of resin for repair to be arranged in front of the PIGs 10, 13 is detected by pressure sensors 17, 22 provided on both PIGs. The quantities of the biliquid quick-curing resin to be fed to the mixer 20 and to the front of the PIG 13 are controlled according to the detected value, and thereby the quantity of the resin for repair is always maintained at almost a constant level. Subsequently, the joint section and intra-pipe surface can be uniformly repaired.</p> |
