Thrombocyte inhibitors, useful for the prophylactic treatment of thrombosis. According to the following reaction scheme Suitable condensation agents include zinc chloride and acetic anhydride. The reaction is effected at 80-200 deg.C, pref. 120-160 deg.C for 1-8 hrs., pref. 2-3 hours.</p> |
