PURPOSE:To disperse uniformly fibrous filler and granular filler, by putting fibrous filler material of lower specific gravity into a transporting pipe and subsequently putting granular filler material of higher specific gravity onto said fibrous filler flowing in said transporting pipe. CONSTITUTION:First, fibrous filler material of lower specific gravity is put into a transporting pipe 1 and then granular filler material of higher specific gravity is put onto said fibrous filler material flowing in said transporting pipe. The velocity of the air flowing in the pipe 1 ensures at least the flow velocity of said granular filler material of higher specific gravity, It is preferable that the length of said transporting pipe be more than 10 meters, however, it is possible to homogenize surely the composition of filler material by providing a bend portion 2 on the way of the transporting pipe 1. As this bend portion wears easily in comparison with the straight portion, then a countermeasure against it, the strike between both fillers rejects the trouble on the bend of the transporting pipe. Therefore, a transporting pipe with a special bend 2 having a plurality of panels 3 at the bending section is used. |
