PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin composition improved in laminatability during press molding in calender/press molding, by mixing an ethylene/vinyl acetate/ vinyl chloride graft copolymer with a thermoplastic polyester elastomer. CONSTITUTION:The title resin composition is prepared by mixing 100pts.wt. ethylene/vinyl acetate/vinyl chloride graft copolymer with 1-20pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester elastomer. Alternatively, the title vinyl chloride resin is formed by adding a thermoplastic polyester elastomer to the system in grafting vinyl chloride onto an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer. The amount of said ethylene/ vinyl acetate copolymer used as a component of said composition or contained in the ethylene/vinyl acetate/vinyl chloride graft copolymer obtained after the polymerization is preferably in the range of 5-30wt.%. The amount of said thermoplastic polyester elastomer polymerized in said vinyl chloride resin is preferably in the range of 1-15wt.%. |
