PURPOSE:To obtain hamburger of good taste and appearance with grille pattern, by feeding pieces of meat into a plurality of receivers which move together with a conveyer, then adding hamburger meat and meat pieces in order and pressing them. CONSTITUTION:Meat pieces 1 in the feeder 3 is fed to conveyer 9 which conveys the meat pieces to each receiver 15 by means of roller 4. The meat pieces in each receiver is allowed to move with the conveyer 9 until it reaches the hamburger feeder 6 where the hamburger meat 2 is fed to the receiver 5. The hamburger in the receiver is pressed to a prescribed thickness by roller 10, further meat pieces are fed to the pressed meat, when the receiver 5 comes to the meat piece feeder. The product is pressed with roller 8 and the pressed meat pieces are slightly embedded into the hamburger meat whereby meat piece-containing hamburger is obtained. |
