PURPOSE:To improve molding property, mechanical property and mass productivity, by constituting a magnet by using magnetic powder whose basic composition is composed of rare earth metal, iron and boron, and organic resin. CONSTITUTION:The title magnet is constituted by using magnetic powder and binder. The former is composed of rare earth metal (R), iron and boron (B), and made by super rapid colling method. Amount of the latter is at least 25-52%, thereby facilitating the forming of magnet. A magnet excellent in mass productivity can be supplied, whatever the shape thereof may be. |
