PURPOSE:To prevent noise occurrence in forming the contact to be coarse by providing a water containing layer on the appropriate position of the die surface of an upper die, and placing the layer into contact with the surface of foaming urethane during molding a pad. CONSTITUTION:A trim cover is set in a die-open state on the die surface 1a of a lower die 1 and foaming urethane liquid is poured in a certain quantity into the lower die, and as an upper die 2 is die-clamped, the foaming urethane liquid is formed and cured while being filled into the cavity formed between the upper and lower die. At this time, the part in contact with the general part of die surface 2a of a molded pad 10 becomes a compact and smooth skin layer 10a in its surface. The part in contact with porous silicon 4 comes into contact with the water contained therein, and the surface becomes a coarse surface 10b. In a state wherein the obtained pad 10 and the trim cover 14 are fabricated to the frame 12, the contacting part of the pad 10 to the frame 12 becomes the coarse surface 10b. By the coarse surface, the noise occurred through the relative slip by the coarse surface can be prevented. |
