PURPOSE:To improve the sharpness and the residual color property of the sensitive material, and to make possible a super-rapid processing of the sensitive material by interposing a mordant layer composed of a magenta dyestuff capable of bleaching with a development processing, between a specified silver halide photographic emulsion layer and a supporting body and specifying the transmission density of a green light and the total amount of a coated silver, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The photographic sensitive material provides one layer of photosensitive silver halide emulsion layers on the one side of a supporting body, and is interposed the mordant layer composed of the magenta dyestuff capable of bleaching with the development processing, between the emulsion layer and the supporting body. The sensitive material has the transmission density of the green light of >=0.9, except the supporting body, and also has the total coated amount of silver of <=3.75g/m<2> and/or is composed of a tabular silver halide emulsion having an iodine content of <=2mol.% and spectrally sensitized at a green light region. Thus, the sensitivity of the sensitive material is maintained, even in case of an extremely short time processing, and the sensitive material which has the high sharpness and a less residual color and a sufficient drying ability, is obtd. |
