PURPOSE:To fix a thermoelement accurately between a pair of oppositely arranged substrates without using a special jig, and to improve reliability by forming an insulator layer of a specified film thickness onto the surface of the outer circumference of each thermoelement except metallic electrode surfaces at both end faces of the element and using the film thickness of the insulator layer as a positioning means with an adjacent thermoelement. CONSTITUTION:An insulator layer 17 in specified thickness is shaped onto the surface of the outer circumference of a P-type or N-type thermoelement 13(14) except the sections of metallic electrodes 15, 16 at both end faces of the element 13(14). The P-type thermoelements 13 and the N-type thermoelements 14 are fast stuck through the insulator layers 17, while only the four sides of the outer circumference of the whole of an aggregate, in which a fixed number of the elements 13 and 14 are collected, are fastened by a predetermined frame, etc., and substrates are disposed onto both surfaces of the aggregate and the aggregate is fixed similarly onto a specified conductor pattern. Accordingly, a special jig for aligning the elements 13(14) need not be prepared, thus facilitating assembly operation. |
