The supply comprises a means for charging the battery utilizing a low signal generated by a comparator (IC1) for turning on the transistor (Q1) when the charging voltage is lower than charging voltage limit, a means for quitting the charge utilizing a hgih signal generated by the comparator (IC1) for turning off the transistor when the charged voltage reaches to the charging voltage limit, and a means for quitting the discharge utilizing a high signal generated by a comparator (IC2) for turning off the transistor (Q2) for preventing the overdischarge.
