PURPOSE:To improve the crosslinking efficiency of the title composition at the time of exposure, and to obtain the sufficient sensitivity and printing resistance by incorporating a diazonium compd. and a polymer compd. contg. a thiocarboxyl and/or a dithiocarboxyl group as a bonding agent in the composition. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive composition contains the diazonium compd. and the polymer compd. contg. at least one of the thiocarboxyl and/or dithiocarboxyl groups as the bonding agent. A diazo resin represented by the condensate of an aromatic diazonium salt and for example, an active compd. contg. carboxyl group is useful for the diazonium compd. The thiocarboxyl and/or dithiocarboxyl groups may be contained in the main chain and the side chain of the polymer compd. Thus, a planographic printing plate which has the excellent photocrosslinking property of the bonding agent and the diazonium compd. and the high sensitivity and printing resistance can be obtd. |
