PURPOSE:To obtain the stable bleach-fix processing agent, even in case of preserving the agent for a long period by incorporating the ferric complex salt of an org. acid, a thiosulfate and a sulfinic acid or its salt in the bleach-fix processing agent. CONSTITUTION:The processing agent comprises at least one kind of the ferric complex salt of the org. acid, the thiosulfate and the sulfinic acid or its salt. The used sulfinic acid is composed of a compd. linked at least one of -SO2H group to an aliphatic, an aromatic or a heterocyclic ring group. The compounding amount of the sulfinic acid or its salt to the bleach-fix processing agent is preferably 1X10<-3>-1mol., further preferably 1X10<-2>-5X10<-1>mol. based on the agent. Usually, the compounding amount of the sulfinic acid or its salt is determined usefully based on the used amount of a bleaching agent, and is preferably (1/10)-10mol., further preferably (1/2)-2mol. per 1mol. of the bleaching agent. Thus, the processing agent can be preserved for a few months for example, in case of preserving the agent at a room temp. |
