CONSTITUTION:A grid 1 is provided in a forming die 2, then a paste 3 kneaded with water, dilute sulfuric acid, and a binding agent. etc., added to lead dioxide is inserted into the die 2, heated, pressurized in a pressurization die 4 for a given time, and taken out from the die. This enables the simplification of a process to shorten a production time with maturing, drying, and forming in an electrode plate manufacturing process omitted, and also the bonding strength between lead dioxide particles to be improved. Moreover the bonding strength between the particles can be more firmed by forming the paste 3 under heating and pressurizing in the die 2. |
