PURPOSE:To output only a positive voltage or a negative voltage without any externally mounted component by providing an output voltage detection section and an output circuit switching circuit section to the internal part of an integrated circuit provided with an output circuit section operated by two bipolar power supplies. CONSTITUTION:An output voltage detection section 12 detects whether or not an output voltage level from an output circuit section 11 is a positive or a negative voltage, and a control output signal from the output voltage detection section 12 operates a switch of an output circuit switching circuit 13 to output an output voltage or a ground level voltage outputted from the output circuit section 11 externally. Thus, the output of the output circuit operated by two bipolar power supplies is outputted as a positive voltage. Moreover, the output voltage detection section 12 and the output circuit switching section 13 are formed in the integrated circuit. Thus, only a positive or a negative voltage is outputted without any externally mount component. |
