摘要

PURPOSE:To detect a movement vector with reduction of misdetection by providing an error detecting circuit and a detected vector correcting circuit in addition to a conventional vector detecting circuit to correct the wrong detected vectors. CONSTITUTION:A detected vector including an error is inputted to an error detecting circuit 5 and a detected vector correcting circuit 6 respectively. The circuit 5 decides the right or the wrong of the detected vectors by making use of a fact that the wrong detected vectors are almost isolated to the detected vectors of the peripheral blocks. Then the wrong detected vectors are replaced with the detected vectors of the peripheral blocks by the circuit 6. For instance, a wrong detected vector 41 shown in figure is replaced with a detected vector 411 of an upper block. Thus the big errors can be virtually eliminated.
